The All-N-One Collection is a unique collection that is very user friendly. It is a 5”x17” invitation that folds to 5”x7” and fits perfectly into a 5.5”x7.5” outer envelope. No RSVP envelope needed, it has a perforated RSVP postcard that detaches so that your guests just have to fill out and place in the mailbox. This collection includes the All-N-One invitation (which has a section for the actual invite and a section for any guest information) and outer envelope. This collection can also be made into a 6”x16” invitation that fold to 6”x6” and fits perfectly into a 6.5”x6.5” envelope.
The Classic Collection is a traditional invitation comprised of multiple stationary pieces. The pieces include a 5”x7” invitation, 5”x5” information card, 5”x3.5” RSVP postcard and outer envelope. This collection has a modern spin on classic invitations. Each stationary piece stacks perfectly together to fit into a 5.5”x7.7” outer envelope. The stationary pieces can stand alone in the outer envelope or be bonded together with an elegant belly band and monogram tag for a polished look. This collection can also be made into a 6”x6” invitation, 6”x5” information card and 6”x4” RSVP postcard that includes a 6.5”x6.5” envelope.
The Pocket Fold Collection is an elegant invitation set that keeps your stationary pieces neat and orderly with a pocket folder. The collection includes a Pocket Folder, Invitation, Information Card, Reception Card, Postcard RSVP and an outer envelope. Can be made to fit a 6”x6” pocket folder as well.
There is a lot that goes in to the pricing of invitations and a lot of elements that can make the pricing vary. Pricing can vary depending on collection type, paper choice, embellishments, additional paper good add-ons, quantity and complexity of your design needs. All pricing from the chart below includes creative design services, standard bright white smooth paper choice, outer envelope, and printing and folding if needed.

Below is a list of products I offer.
The process of creating your custom invites begin with you filling out the Order Inquiry located below. After I receive your inquiry, I will contact you through email to set up your free consultation. This could be through email, in person or over the phone, whichever works best for you. Together we will discuss all the details of your big event. I want to know everything about what you are looking for in your invitations including your theme, style, colors, fonts, your vision for the event and your budget. This will help us determine what collection works best for you. Feel free to include inspirational photos, color swatches or anything that has inspired you.
6-12 months – Save the Date Process
6-4 months – Invitation Process
2-3 months – Programs/Menus/Thanks You Process
This is the ideal timeline to begin the process before the items need to be mailed out. This allows enough time for the creative design process, proofing, printing and delivery.
After we have discussed all the details of your special event, you have filled out the questioner and I have received your 50% deposit …. It is now time for the fun part!
It is important that you provide me with the wording you want to use on your printed invites. It is easiest to send me a Word Document with the wording you want to use for each printed piece. Please make sure that you double even triple check all spelling and grammar. I will use the exact wording provided. Cordially Invited Designs by Jaclyn cannot be held responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors. Sample wording is available upon request.
Once wording is received, I will then begin the design process. Within 5-10 business days I will create one design concept proof, and then it will be emailed to you for your review. The design was made based on our conversations and my understanding of your overall visual of your event. This proof is to convey that I am heading in the right direction design wise. Time is very precious, so I don’t want to waste yours or mine on designing something that is not right for you. Once you have told me changes to make or the direction you want me to head with the proofs, I will then create 2 more proofs totaling 3 for you to make your final decision on within 10 business days.
In a timely fashion you are to make the decision on which proof you like best. Final tweaks and revisions are always possible, for this is most likely the biggest day of your life. I want the final product to be exactly the way you have always envisioned it would be. Remember that I cannot complete my work until you have completed yours, so at this point it is important to keep the mailing deadline in mind and answer any emails with questions and stay on track. Communication is the most important thing!
After the final proof is completed, all revisions have been made and the product is perfect then it is now ready for the FINAL proof to be approved.
You will receive your final proof via email to approve before printing. Once you have approved the proof is then sent to final print production. It is important to note that it is your responsibility to carefully check the proof for any spelling, grammar or design errors. Cordially Invited Designs by Jaclyn cannot be held liable for any spelling, grammatical or layout errors once the proof has been approved. After printing, if any errors are found and reprinting is required, it is you, the customer’s full responsibility to cover the additional cost of the reprint.
After final proof is approved for print, the final PDFs are sent to production. All printing is done on quality cardstock using commercial quality press giving you, the customer a bold saturated color with crisp colors and text. The printing process takes anywhere from 5-10 business days.
When Cordially Invited Designs by Jaclyn completes printing, final product will be shipped directly to your front door; you will receive your final package within a week after printing is complete. Upon delivery, the remaining balance is due. It is important to note that the assembly of your invitations is not included in your invitation collection price. Cordially Invited will have an invitation assembled for your convenience so that you understand how the invitation is to be properly assembled. For your convenience Cordially Invited Designs can assemble your invitation package for you but there will be an additional cost.
Standard shipping is $15.00 per shipment, rush order is available for an additional charge.
*From approving final proof to front door delivery is about 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks).
